Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Land Planning & Entitlements Manager to oversee due diligence, process new communities, and coordinate with municipalities. The role involves managing zoning regulations, reviewing developer agreements, and working collaboratively with various teams to ensure project entitlements are met. The company has been building new homes for over 40 years and has grown to become a national leader in the residential building industry.
Requirements
- Manage municipal, county, and federal agency relationships.
- Lead and manage the land entitlement process.
- Review zoning documents and prepare petitions.
- Work with municipal officials and community groups.
- Monitor entitlement milestones and costs.
- Prepare project due diligence reports.
- Manage consultant schedules.
