Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, monitoring project completion, ensuring quality, and satisfying customers. The role involves budgeting, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing plans, and handling customer service issues. The company is a leading homebuilder with a history of delivering high-quality homes for over 40 years.
Requirements
- High school graduate with at least one year of relevant course study including workshops and seminars in construction management techniques
- At least four years or related experience in construction management or related supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of home building industry and building codes
- Adaptability and flexibility for a fast-paced environment
- Decisiveness, problem-solving, and customer-service oriented
