Job Description
M/I Homes is a leading provider of new home construction, with over 40 years of experience. They are seeking a Construction Intern to assist with on-site construction activities, including inspections, scheduling, and resolving customer issues. The role offers exposure to various construction phases and a chance to learn from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Assisting in the inspection of assigned homes in different phases of construction
- Scheduling subcontractors and monitoring work completion
- Performing minor repairs
- Resolving customer-service issues
- Ensuring a clean work environment
- Computer work (Build Pro, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Meeting with inspectors
- Perform walk-through with homeowners
