Crane Operator

Marco Crane & Rigging is seeking a full-time Crane Operator for its Flagstaff branch. The successful candidate will operate, inspect, and maintain hydraulic telescopic and lattice boom truck cranes, as well as lattice boom crawler cranes. The position involves ensuring the safe transportation, assembly, and disassembly of cranes, inspecting work site conditions, and performing daily DOT inspections.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or GED) plus any combination of education and experience
• Valid Class A CDL license
• Valid DOT medical card
• Valid NCCCO certification or equivalent for operating a crane
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Knowledge of hand signals
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills
• High level of accountability, discipline, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team
