Job Description
We are M&G Global Services Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of the M&G group of companies, providing a range of value adding services as a Global Capability Centre. We are looking for a Senior Manager - Tax to join our team.
Requirements
- Execute Pillar 2 calculations across jurisdictions using Orbitax
- Maintain and update entity-level data, elections, and jurisdictional settings
- Lead the collection of financial and entity data from internal systems and stakeholders
- Liaise with external advisors for outsourced filing support
- Track submission deadlines, jurisdictional requirements, and filing confirmations
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for all filings and notifications
- Support the transition of Pillar 2 processes from project phase to business-as-usual (BAU)
- Document workflows, handoffs, and ownership models for long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with technical leads to implement elections and respond to regulatory changes
- Monitor OECD and local jurisdictional updates to ensure ongoing compliance
- Assist in mapping entity structures and ownership data for compliance purposes
- Support testing and rollout of new Orbitax features and integrations
