The company is looking for a Manager - Client Reporting to act as a subject matter expert in client reporting, responsible for delivering complex, high-quality reporting solutions and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in client reporting, investment operations, or financial services
- Deep understanding of investment products and portfolio structures across asset classes
- Proficiency in portfolio/accounting systems and market data platforms (e.g., Aladdin, BB, FactSet, Eagle)
- Experience with automation tools, dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau), and scripting (VBA, Python)
- Strong skills in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
- Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring team members and embedding best practices
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
