EAP Case Manager

Lyra Health is seeking an experienced EAP (Employee Assistance Program) case manager to provide first-point-of-contact support to employees and their families, handling mental health service provision, and managing risk. The role involves delivering therapeutic support, conducting risk assessments, and implementing treatment plans in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master’s level counselling qualification appropriate to professional standards of your jurisdiction
• Current registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body
• Experience of working with a broad range of psychological health and workplace related issues
• Experience in high pressure, time limited environments
• Minimum of 3 years working experience with therapeutic delivery post qualification
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
