Lyra Health is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team. This role focuses on negotiating vendor agreements and supporting internal stakeholders to fulfill the company’s mission, contributing to rapid recovery and cost-efficient healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced contracts negotiator with strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar with good standing.
- 5+ years legal experience, in-house, at a law firm, or a combination of both.
- Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, including technology transactions, health care agreements, data sharing agreements, and sales contracts.
