Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers. As a Clinical Care Navigator, you'll manage crises, provide phone support, and connect clients to high-quality care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent
- LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc)
- Two years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, or related experience
- Two years post license experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
