Job Description
LyondellBasell is seeking a Credit Collection Specialist to manage overdue accounts and payments for a portfolio of customers. The role involves contact with customers, internal collaboration, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to incorrect invoices, payment terms, and account balances. This position also supports the Credit team in various aspects of credit administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in a complex organization
- Fluent English (with proficiency in one European language)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independence in completing job responsibilities
