Senior Product Manager

Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that's shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets. As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop a product strategy that is aligned to the company's growth and revenue targets, and lead the end-to-end execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a product leader in a high growth start-up
• Experience working directly on retention initiatives on a software product
• Knowledge and understanding of analytical tooling, and tag management software
• Experience running experiments and split tests of statistical significance and comfortable using a variety of testing tools
• Solid understanding of design principles and agile development approaches
• Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and juggle multiple priorities to maximise short term and long-term value
• Understands what good looks like from a cross-functional collaboration perspective
• Have coached, mentored, managed, and grown junior product managers in previous roles
