iOS Tooling Engineer

Join Lyft's Mobile Tooling team as an iOS Tooling Engineer and contribute to building foundational systems for mobile engineers, enabling them to create stable, scalable, and efficient mobile apps. The team focuses on delightful user experiences, balancing developing new tools and infrastructure with refining existing ones based on direct feedback from internal customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of software engineering industry experience
• Experience in one or more of the following: supporting large iOS or MacOS builds, building command-line tools using python or bash, or maintaining a high performance CI pipeline
• Knowledge of Swift and Bonus: SwiftUI
• Understanding of native mobile testing practices (unit, snapshot, and UI)
• Worked on and shipped iOS applications
• Great product sense; you care about usability and good design of your tools
• Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
