Job Description
We are a clinical-stage company advancing a pipeline of next-generation CAR T-cell therapies for patients with solid tumors or hematologic malignancies. The Senior Director, Field Medical will serve as the architect and operational leader of Lyell’s inaugural U.S. Field Medical function, designing the infrastructure, governance, and strategic direction of the field team.
