Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP RCM Consultant (SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and talent management processes
- Experience with Payroll and integration with HR modules
- Understanding of SuccessFactors: Organizational structure, Permissions (RBP), Rules, templates, and workflows, Module integrations (RCM, RMK, ONB, EC) desirable
- Knowledge of HR processes, legislation, tables, and payroll events (desirable)
- Experience with functional testing, homologation, and technical/functional documentation
- Certifications (Desirable): SAP SuccessFactors RCM Certification, SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central), SAP HCM (for integration with payroll, differential)
