Requirements

• Complete graduation in Psychology
• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection
• Experience with profile mapping and alignment of vacancies with leaders
• Knowledge in job posting tools, hunting, and curriculum screening
• Experience with indicators and metrics of R&S
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively
• Organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Experience in conducting high-volume and high-complexity selection processes
