Job Description
The Fair Future Coach - Foster Care role involves building trusting relationships with young people in foster care to support their academic and career development, persistence in post-secondary settings, and transition into adulthood.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate or accredited vocational degree with 2+ years experience
- 2+ years experience in foster care or related field
- Knowledgeable about working with foster care youth and children and families at-risk
