Family Specialist (1039)

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Family Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The Family Specialist is responsible for providing Center orientation to new families and providing direct assistance to families that require additional support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years' experience in serving families.
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Must have a high level of energy, positive attitude, adaptability to irregular hours
• Must be knowledgeable in community resources to provide assistance in implementing strength-based family programming and facilitating center-driven programming or events
