Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide support in facility maintenance, HVAC, inventory, transportation, and special projects.
Requirements
- Installs, inspects, maintains and repairs all types of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilating equipment
- Trouble shoots HVAC systems to determine cause of malfunctions and takes appropriate action
- Performs required maintenance and repair duties necessary to maintain facilities and buildings
- Maintains operational records and prepares special and routine reports
- Recommends changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work
