Intern

The Intern supports administration and works closely with their supervisor to follow general services procedures. The Intern is responsible for performing basic administration activities and using existing procedures to solve problems.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day operations by assisting team members with their daily tasks
• Perform research and analysis on assigned projects or tasks
• Work closely with colleagues to contribute ideas and provide support for ongoing projects
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Participate in team meetings and provide summaries of discussions and action points
• Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of various documents, presentations, and reports
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive atmosphere
