Job Description
Luster is seeking CAD Drafters to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and airport work. This role involves developing accurate drawings, maintaining drawing sets, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project requirements. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and multitasking skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models for civil infrastructure projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar CAD tools.
- Interpret redlines, sketches, and field data to produce coordinated drawing sets.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers.
- Apply agency standards and CAD layering conventions.
- Apply Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.
