Job Description
Lunar Energy is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to ensure the quality and success of their innovative home energy products. This role involves providing remote technical support to partners, contributing to new product development, and building industry-leading training programs. Lunar is a fast-growing, global company focused on clean energy solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent technical field experience.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in residential solar, battery, or EV charging.
- Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license (preferred).
- Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
