Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead to oversee and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle process, leading a high-performing billing and RCM team.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the full revenue cycle: eligibility, coding, charge entry, billing, AR, and collections
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as days in AR, denial rates, clean claim rate, and net collections
• Oversee claims submission, follow-ups, appeals, and payment posting
• Develop and enforce RCM policies, workflows, and best practices
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and IT teams to resolve revenue blockers
• Identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
• Train, coach, and performance-manage RCM staff
• Support audits and payer communications
