Junior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded individual to join our growing IT team as a Junior IT Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Top 200 Global University in a technical or scientific subject
• Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under guidance
