Patient Services Representative - Full time, daytime

Patient Service Representative position at South Jersey Radiology Associates (SJRA) that greets patients and registers them for procedures at the front desk, performs clerical duties, and maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative healthcare position preferred
• Good computer skills, proficient keyboarding and data entry skills
• Working knowledge of insurance and billing functions a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a busy work environment
• Knowledge of office equipment (i.e. copy machine, scanner, fax machine, multiline telephone)
