Process Engineer - Die Bond & Wire Bond

We're a company that believes in passion and customer focus. We're looking for a Process Engineer to develop, configure and optimize processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure process milestones are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an appropriate science
• More than 3 years of experience with Diebond/Wirebond in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as project management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and interact with all levels of management
