Job Description
We're looking for an Epitaxy Process Engineer to develop new or modified InP-based epitaxy process and contribute to the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Responsibilities include introducing new epitaxy process equipment and setting up epitaxy process conditions to realize mass-production capacity ramp.
Requirements
- Develops new or modified InP-based epitaxy process
- Defines growth condition or handling equipment requirements and specifications
- Contributes by applying the developed technologies in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
- Introduces new epitaxy process equipment and sets up epitaxy process conditions to realize mass-production capacity ramp
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes
