Luma AI is seeking a Workplace Manager to shape the physical environment of their offices, ensuring it keeps pace with the ambition of their digital world. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and partner with IT, People, and Ops teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years in workplace operations, real estate, facilities, or office design-adjacent roles in high-growth tech environments
- Demonstrated experience opening new offices or leading major build-outs from conception to completion
- Strong vendor management and project execution chops, with a history of delivering high-quality results
- Financial fluency with budgets, leases, and capex planning
- Exceptional taste in materials, furniture, layouts, lighting, and art
- A natural sense for space, layout, and how physical environments shape behavior and culture
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast with imperfect data, thriving in a dynamic startup environment
- Executive-level judgment and the confidence to push back when a design or location isn’t good enough
