Business Analist - Pancompany

Pancompany is seeking a Business Analyst to be a connection point between the organization and IT, testing ideas and requirements, and contributing to the backlog. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating insights, and creating digital frameworks to make the organization more efficient and share expertise with stakeholders and development teams. This is a project-based role, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and a desire for continuous growth.

Requirements

• You have an HBO/WWOO training completed
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• You are available 32 hours a week
• You have in-depth knowledge of IREB, BCS and/or BABOK certification
• You have demonstrated experience in creating requirements, use cases and/or user stories
• You have affinity for IT and preferably experience working in projects for government agencies and/or top 200 companies
