Job Description
CNC Milling/Turning Setup/Operator – 1st Shift is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time position in Waukegan/Gurnee, IL. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers to produce precision parts to customer specifications. The position offers opportunities for continuous improvement and potential growth within a team-focused environment.
Requirements
- Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers
- Read and interpret blueprints, set up sheets, programs, and routers
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications
- Keep equipment running efficiently
- Report daily production in ERP system
