Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project or production management within AR/VR/MR products
• Hands-on Unity or Unreal development knowledge
• Experience translating creative and product vision into technical specifications and production pipelines
• Experience coordinating QA workflows, device testing, and performance validation
• Proven ability to lead and motivate distributed cross-functional teams
• Strong experience in managing budgets and resources
• Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts
• Deep enthusiasm for XR technologies and a forward-thinking approach
