Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Seatbelts to develop the complete range of seatbelt systems for vehicles, from design to ramp-up and maintenance. The role involves seatbelt development, ensuring product excellence, improving knowledge, and supporting supplier integration. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and dedicated to creating a better, more sustainable future.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience at an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier with product development experience.
- Deep understanding of seatbelt regulatory and consumer test requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using GD&T and tolerance stack analysis.
