Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Chassis Hardware Manufacturing Technician to provide support for daily operations, quality assurance, and process improvement within the General Assembly. The role involves responding to quality gate issues, performing audits, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and suppliers to ensure high standards. This is a position focused on driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong team environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum (1) year of experience working within automotive or manufacturing
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers, flush gauge, gap gauge, and rule.
- Availability for occasional off-hours calls
