Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Global Strategic Marketing will lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy for Lubrizol's pharmaceutical excipients and nutraceutical active segments. The role will define the strategic roadmap to position Lubrizol as a preferred innovation partner, accelerating growth, expanding market participation, and deepening strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic marketing, business development, or commercial leadership within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or specialty ingredients sectors
- Proven success developing and executing global strategies and leading cross-functional teams
