Land Security Staff role involves acquiring suitable areas for renewable energy projects, building contacts with property owners and local government representatives, and leading contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Approaching property owners to suitable areas for potential solar, wind, or energy storage projects
- Building contacts with new property owners and local government representatives
- Priority independent leadership of contract negotiations with property owners and contractual securing of properties
- Communication with municipalities, including internal and external advisors
- Building and maintaining networks with property owners, authorities, municipalities, and associations
- Creating acceptance measures on site and conducting property owner meetings and information events for citizens
