GIS Specialist

We are looking for an experienced GIS specialist for renewable energies to plan and optimise our ground-mounted photovoltaic, onshore wind energy and energy storage projects. The workplace is in Berlin.

Requirements

• Restriction testing of potential areas for renewable energy
• Visualisation of project data in maps and reports
• White space analyses of federal states according to various specifications
• Creating and editing maps
• Support for urban land-use planning in development plan procedures
• Close cooperation with the project development team
• Creation, maintenance and evaluation of geodata for wind energy projects
• Carrying out site and area analyses
• Analysis and evaluation of regional plans
• Derivation and documentation of possible project development approaches and project leads
• Internal documentation of projects
