Job Description
Low Carbon is a leading renewable energy company creating large-scale solar, onshore wind, and battery storage projects. The Compensation & Benefits Manager will lead the company's total rewards strategy, compensation, benefits, and long-term incentives.
Requirements
- Significant experience with Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present complex data clearly
- Financial acumen
- Experience managing payroll process
- Governance interface with RemCo and board-level stakeholders
- Understanding of Reward frameworks including Management Incentives Plans
- Ability to interpret market trends and provide strategic recommendations
