The company is committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, and the Sales Associate role is responsible for creating a welcoming in-store experience and helping customers design products to fit their style and space.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High-School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict
• Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
