Job Description
Lovering Auto Group is seeking an experienced Sales BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. This role is critical in driving showroom traffic, improving lead conversion, and elevating the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven success in a sales BDC, internet sales, or BDC leadership role
- Comfortable managing people while also personally working leads
- Strong communicator with excellent phone, email, and text skills
- Organized, data-driven, and process-focused
- CRM experience (eLeads preferred)
- Motivated by growth, results, and team success
