Laboratory Animal Sciences Technician II

The Laboratory Animal Sciences Technician II will perform tasks following established techniques and procedures, including assisting in study execution and maintaining laboratory/medical equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant post high school education in a science curriculum
• 1-5 years of equivalent work experience in a research, commercial or hospital laboratory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to wear a respirator and protective clothing or equipment
