Job Description
Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join their Land Survey Division. They emphasize employee ownership, providing opportunities for growth and contributions. The role involves delivering high-quality land surveying services across diverse projects.
Requirements
- Provide technical oversight for boundary surveys, utility surveys, construction layout, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and subdivisions.
- Conduct research of public and private land records.
- Prepare and review legal descriptions, sketches, and mapping deliverables.
- Verify field data, calculations, and CAD drafting work.
- Write and review property boundary descriptions.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and standards.
