Research Associate Specialist

Research Associate Specialist position available in a pathobiology laboratory dealing with oysters. Conduct laboratory and field studies to test and select oysters for their resistance to dermo disease.

Requirements

• B.S. in biological sciences or a related field
• Field experience in estuarine habitats
• Maintenance of saltwater recirculating systems
• Cell culture aseptic techniques
• Ability to work independently, create work plans, meet deadlines, and work in difficult environments
