Instructor (Food & Fitness)

Instructor (Food & Fitness) role at the LSU Agricultural Center, teaching nutrition and fitness subject matter to youth in a camp setting. The instructor will serve as the lead instructor, responsible for mentoring other camp staff and providing safe supervision of youth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nutrition, or field related to food and nutrition
• At least one year of teaching experience and expertise
• Professional communication skills both written and oral
• Flexibility in schedules and programming
