Patient Service Representative I

The LSU Healthcare Network is a non-profit, academic, multi-specialty, healthcare delivery system dedicated to patient care, research and education. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and provide knowledgeable and friendly service to ensure a positive experience with our practice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• At least one year of experience working in a medical environment (preferred)
