Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Sign on Bonus

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement within the Wellness, Spay and Neuter or Shelter Clinic program. This role supports the Medical Manager and works collaboratively with other clinic supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend/implement solutions
• Excellent customer service, with ability to answer client questions and address concerns
• Ability to demonstrate mastery of routine technician skills, including client communication, animal handling, and laboratory procedures
• Proficient at Microsoft office and comfortable learning new software/programs
