Foster Coordinator

Provide exceptional customer service and care for our community as a Foster Coordinator, responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining a dynamic foster client base, managing animal movement from shelter to foster care to adoption, and promoting teamwork and maintaining an optimistic attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree or some college preferred
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment substance screening
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and maintain a 24 hr. on call status
• Mental and physical flexibility
• Lift at least 50 pounds, push and pull heavy objects, bend, twist, reach, and perform strenuous physical activities
