Job Description
LotusFlare is a cloud-native SaaS provider focused on mobile communications and enterprise solutions. They are looking for a Product Manager to join their team, ideate new products, and iterate on existing ones. This role involves collaboration with design, engineering, and product management to bring products to market and meet the needs of a diverse user base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for quick, data-driven decisions
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and statistical methods
