Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Experience in specialty or big-box retail is a plus
