Store Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Experience in specialty or big-box retail is a plus
