Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an engineering people manager
• 7+ years of experience working in a top-tier engineering organization
• Passion for growing people in a continually changing environment
• Comfort across the stack
• Experience mentoring engineers at different points in their career
• Demonstrated experience hiring talented engineers in a competitive market
• Experience building onboarding paths, promotion rubrics, and team rituals
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving, global environments
• Ability to balance day-to-day urgency with strategic, long-term thinking
