Job Description
Occupational Therapist - PACE of CNY: Provides medically prescribed treatment to improve or restore ADL functions for individuals with illness or injury. Develops and implements a rehabilitation plan of care and evaluates participant's level of function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- NYS license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
- A minimum of one year experience working with a frail or elderly population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software rapidly
