Job Description
PACE of CNY is looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to work as Certified Home Health Aides in the community or at one of their PACE buildings. The job involves assisting participants with Activities of Daily Living, promoting optimal health, and following a Plan of Care.
Requirements
- Must have own reliable vehicle with proof of active NY State driver's license
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide or willingness to be trained to become certified
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Successful completion of physical capability requirements
